At Glamtrend, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
